DELIVERY

 

Once you have received your order confirmation, please allow 2-5 working days for your items to reach you.

We will endeavour to have your purchases with you as quickly as possible, but occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances or busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be delays in postage which are beyond our control.

 

Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch online orders within 48 hours of order being placed unless it is a particularly busy time such as Christmas, holidays or sale periods.

 

All orders will be tracked and you will be sent a copy of the tracking number

 

Postage within ROI will normally take between 1 – 5 working days

 

These times are obviously estimated and in many cases your goods may arrive sooner but equally at busy periods there can be delays which are outside of our control. If we know of a significant delay, we will endeavour to make you aware of same.

 

Orders with a value of €75.00 or more will be eligible for free shipping. Orders below €75.00 will be charged at cost of €8.00

 

 

Gift cards

 

Gift cards are available to be purchased online and can be delivered in 2 formats:

·         Physical Lavender’s Blue gift card

·         Electronically delivered gift card

 

Our physical cards can be posted although if you require a gift card quickly then the e-gift card is the better option. In this case, you will enter the email address of the recipient or else your own email address which will allow you to print off the voucher. Using the email option ensures this is an instant solution for purchasing a Lavender’s Blue gift card.
