RETURNS
We want you to love everything you purchase from our boutique, however if there is an issue and you would like to return an item(s), then you must notify us here in store of your intention to do so, either by email (info@lavendersblue.ie) or phone (045 866751) within 7 days of receiving the item.
If an item is returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery then a full refund will be processed.
No refunds will be given on sale items purchased online

All goods must be returned in their original condition with tags intact, clean, unworn and MUST have a receipt. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of underwear, tights/socks or hair accessories or jewellery.
Only when items are returned to us in this condition will we then issue a refund. Please allow up to 15 days for refunds to process with your bank. Please note that if you received free shipping when placing your order, and the returned item reduces the order value below the free shipping limit, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We would recommend using a registered / insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit. Returns shipping is at your own cost and unfortunately postage costs for returns cannot be refunded unless you received a faulty /incorrect item.
For online purchases we do not offer an exchange – the returned item will be refunded, as per conditions outlined above, and you may place a new order online for the item you would like.
Please note that refunds are only given for online purchases and not for instore purchases, where only an exchange or credit note will be available.
